By accepting a quote, signing a work agreement, or allowing services to begin, you enter into a legally binding contract with Power Wash Solutions, LLC ("Company"). All deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward services rendered. Deposits will be forfeited for cancellations within 7 days of scheduled service unless due to verified unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, medical emergency).

The Company provides professional exterior cleaning services including, but not limited to: residential, commercial, and industrial pressure washing, soft washing, fleet washing, deck cleaning (wood and Trex), vinyl and aluminum siding, fencing, hardscapes (concrete, stamped concrete, pavers), stucco, acid washing, stripping, and gutter stripe removal.

Certain surfaces, stains, or conditions (e.g., tree sap, artillery fungus, rust, oxidation, paint overspray) may not respond to conventional methods.

All warranties are limited to those provided by the manufacturer of cleaning or sealing products used. No additional or extended warranties are offered unless explicitly agreed in writing. Concerns must be reported within 48 hours of job completion.

Cleaning may expose, worsen, or reveal:

• Fading, bleaching, or oxidation of siding
   
• Pre-existing cracks in concrete, masonry, or mortar
   
• Loose mortar, peeling paint, degraded caulking
   
• Color or tone changes on decks, fences, pavers, stamped concrete, patios, siding, or metal surfaces
   
• Etching or spotting on glass from chemical cleaners
   
• Damage to wood rot, loose shingles, unsecured wires, or improperly installed siding
   

Customers acknowledge these risks. The Company is not responsible for damages caused by pre-existing conditions or natural reactions during cleaning.

Some stains (e.g., sap, rust, artillery fungus, oxidation, fallout) may not be fully removable. Stucco may retain embedded discoloration. Environmental factors or neglect can result in residual staining. No guarantee of complete removal is implied.

Customers must provide an on-site water supply and electrical outlet. External sourcing may incur additional charges. The Company is not liable for reduced performance due to insufficient water or electrical supply.

Customers are responsible for removing furniture, grills, decorations, or other items from work areas. Children, pets, and non-essential persons must stay clear of work zones for at least 24 hours post-service. The Company is not liable for damage due to insufficient preparation.

Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to unsafe conditions or severe weather. Customers will be notified as early as possible. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by events outside its control.

Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment methods: cash, check, or credit/debit (3% processing fee applies). Past-due balances incur a 5% monthly late fee. Customers are responsible for collection or legal costs.

The Company is not responsible for:

• Improperly sealed doors/windows, water infiltration, or spotted glass
   
• Loose gutters, wires, shingles
   
• Landscaping, plants, or outdoor decor
   
• Structural failure due to rot or poor construction
   
• Color, finish, or etching changes on siding, decks, fences, concrete, patios, or other surfaces
   
• Chemical reactions near exposed outlets, lighting, or wiring
   

Limitation of Liability: The total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service. Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages are excluded.

Variations in substrate, wood grain, coatings, UV exposure, or prior maintenance may affect results. Exact color or tone cannot be guaranteed.

Fleet services may involve stronger cleaning solutions that could affect paint, decals, glass, or coatings. Customers assume these risks. Water recovery may be implemented for large commercial or industrial jobs, with potential additional charges.

The Company adheres to EPA and local regulations regarding chemical use and water discharge. Customers agree to provide access and comply with water reclamation or containment requirements. Additional charges may apply.

The Company may photograph or video service areas for promotional purposes. No identifying data will be shared. Customers waive approval, royalties, or compensation. Customers may request to opt-out in writing.

Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Power Wash Solutions, LLC and its employees from claims, damages, or costs arising from service, except in cases of proven gross negligence. Legal matters fall under Franklin County, Ohio jurisdiction.

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the full agreement. Verbal promises or representations not included herein are non-binding. Pricing, services, or policies may change at any time with notice to the customer.
